Marin Arreola is the Owner and President of Advanced Economic Solutions, Inc. (AES), based in Salem, Oregon. With nearly 30 years of experience, Mr. Arreola is a recognized leader in economic development, small business expansion, workforce development, public-sector procurement systems, and health equity initiatives across Oregon and California. For more than two decades, AES has supported public and private organizations, healthcare systems, higher- education institutions, and community-based organizations in designing and implementing equitable, high-impact programs.

Throughout his career, Mr. Arreola has partnered with major institutions including MODA Health, OHSU, Oregon Health Authority, Oregon Department of Human Services, U.S. Department of Labor, Salem Health, Skanska, Hoffman Construction, Business Oregon, Microsoft, etc. His leadership in advancing Latino business development and inclusive economic strategies earned national recognition from President George W. Bush.

Mr. Arreola played a key role in helping shape Future Ready Oregon, a historic $200 million statewide workforce investment, serving as Co-Chair of the Governor’s Racial Justice Council Workforce & Business Opportunity Subcommittee. His work contributed to policy, program, and investment strategies that expanded career pathways, small business opportunities, and wraparound supports for underserved communities.

Governor Tina Kotek appointed Mr. Arreola to the Oregon Business Development Commission and the Oregon Health Insurance Marketplace Advisory Committee, where he continues to champion equitable access to economic opportunity, healthcare, and community-centere workforce systems. His work reflects a deep commitment to advancing prosperity, inclusion, and wellness for all communities across Oregon.
